So what exactly is a Dental Assistant? A Dental Assistant works in a Dental Office providing patient care. They also handle various office and laboratory duties too. As a Dental Assistant you can earn $13 to $28 per hour! A survey conducted by the Dental Assisting National Board found that the median salary for a typical Dental Assistant in the United States was over $31,000!
